Hey Chuck…I’m an American and I care!

In case you didn’t get to listen to the marvelous Senator Chuck Shumer (D-NY) tell us what we really care about, you might want to check out the bonehead in this video on YouTube. When discussing the final vote on the Porkulus Bill today, he taunted Republicans who have been raising the fuss about all the pork in the bill by saying “The American people really don’t care”. Hey Chuck, I’m an American and guess what…I CARE!! To me, it doesn’t matter how little the pork is in comparison to the total. If it’s pork, it’s pork and it doesn’t need to be in this bill! If you have the choice between an apple with a rotten spot and one without, which would you pick? The problem is, the American people didn’t get to choose. You’re such a schmuck Chuck!
