10. Pelosi Set to Ram Health Care Through

Last week I posted about Harry Reid refusing to give Senators and the public a full week to review the health care bill before voting on it. Now, Madame Speaker has said the same thing. Okay America, it’s time to bend over.

9. Another Duke Rape Case

You probably remember all the hubub in the press a few years ago when three white members of the Duke lacrosse team was accused of rape by a black student who was also a stripper. The press was on it like flies on honey. However, there is a new Duke rape case you won’t hear about in the media. This time, a prominent gay researcher is accused of raping his five year old son as well as offering him up on the internet for others to abuse. The media doesn’t seem to care about this one though. Why? Because it doesn’t fit their agenda of liberal lunacy. Whites raping blacks…AN OUTRAGE! Gays raping children…well now, we want to be tolerant of gay people so we wouldn’t want to do anything to defame them. I mean, it’s not like they’re Sarah Palin. Another case of media bias.

8. EPA Coverup

A report circulated within the EPA was not released publicly after its findings conflicted with claims that global warming is caused by carbon emissions. Critics  – including eight congressmen — say the document was suppressed.

7. State Sovereignty is Dead

A federal judge in California has issued an injunction to stop a proposed $2 hourly wage reduction of the state’s home-care workers, reductions made by the state as part of efforts cut a budget shortfall of $24 billion. What happens when a business runs out of money? Typically it lays people off or reduces employee wages. But hey, this is government right? Lunacy reigns.

6. U.S. Leaves Iraqi Cities

Iraqi forces assumed formal control of Baghdad and other cities Tuesday after American troops handed over security in urban areas in a defining step toward ending the U.S. combat role in the country. Since they’ve inherited everything else, I wonder if the Obama administration will claim to have inherited the success in Iraq from Bush?

5. Obama Panders to Gays

“I will not only be your friend, I will continue to be an ally and a champion and a president who fights with you and for you,” President Obama told homosexual activists on Monday.

4. Al Franken Heads to the Senate

After the Minnesota high court rejected a legal challenge from Norm Coleman, the Republican concedes to Democrat Al Franken in the state’s Senate race. No real news here…just another clown in Congress.

3. Colin Powell Questions Hope and Change

Colin Powell, who broke ranks with the Republican Party last year to endorse Barack Obama, is now concerned that the president’s agenda is increasing the size of government and the federal debt to alarming levels. Here’s a towel general, get that egg off your face.

2. Obama Heads to Russia

President Obama is heading to Moscow to revive U.S.-Russia relations. God help us all.

1. Sarah Calls It Quits

Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin surprised supporters Friday when she announced she is resigning from office at the end of the month, raising speculation about her future ambitions. The media is going nuts with this because they have no clue what she’s up to. Prepare yourself for even more Sarah-bashing.

could you please provide the link for the Powell item? I remain a supporter of his, and his statement before the election about our current president almost swayed my vote.

I wouldn’t hold it against Powell, FWIW. Many people were duped into thinking Obama was something different.
