President Obama has stated that he believes there is a danger in the United States thinking it can impose its values on another country. He has stated that the U.S. will listen, not dictate, when it comes to world affairs. So I find it a little unsettling when the hypocrite takes this policy with every nation, except Israel.
North Korea can test nuclear weapons, launch multiple missiles and threaten the world with nuclear attack and Obama says virtually nothing. The Jew-hating leader of Iran can publicly voice his desire of wiping Israel off the map while he attempts to develop a nuclear program and what does Obama say? Well, he says that Iran has a legitimate right to pursue nuclear energy. With anything that NOKO or Iran throws at Obama, he just turns his head. But not Israel. When it comes to Israel, Barack Obama is perfectly fine dictating terms regarding their conflict with the Palestinians. He is perfectly fine with issuing conditions that the U.S. expects Israel to comply with. He is perfectly fine with pressuring them to give in to his demands.
My question is why? Why is it that Obama bows to the Saudi King, releases Islamic terrorists from Gitmo, ignores the possible exterminaton of Israel by a nuclear armed Achmedinejad, yet has no problem imposing his terms on the Jewish state of Israel?
Maybe the answer lies somewhere beneath the shiny surface of Barack Obama. Maybe it is rooted in the Muslim influences bestowed upon him by his father. Maybe is is rooted in other influences, such as the teachings of his pastor of twenty years, Jeremiah Wright, who uses language like “them Jews” and “G-damn America”. Maybe if the state run media outlets had done their job of vetting presidential candidates, America would have known more about how Barack Obama viewed the conflict between Muslims and Jews.
Before Barack Obama took the oath of office, I said he would be the least Israel-friendly President we have ever known. Sadly, that is turning out to be true and the horrible day may come when Iran launches the second Holocaust…and Obama will have the blood of another six million Jews on his hands.
Today is the National Day of Prayer, a day set aside to encourage prayer and foster the protection of our Constitutional freedom to gather, worship, pray and speak freely. For eight years, the Bush administration marked the day with a special event at the White House where some of the nation’s religious leaders were invited to participate.
President Obama has decided not to have any event at the White House to recognize the National Day of Prayer. Instead, he will simply issue a proclamation. In other words, the President will issue a nice little letter to recognize the day. So let’s see…for twenty years Obama sat in a Church listening to anti-American speech being spewed from the pulpit, then during the week of Easter he announced to the world that America is not a Christian nation, and now he is snubbing the National Day of Prayer.
Previous administrations have also used the proclamation, but George W. Bush created an eight year tradition of celebrating the day with a special event. Oh, that horrible Bush…he’s just the devil isn’t he? I guess this is just another example of that “change” we were promised.
What’s up with Meghan McCain? It seems that after her father was defeated by Barack Obama, the RINO (Republican In Name Only) has decided the best way to beat the Democrats is to become more like them. Like a little Chihuahua that’s been on a three day Red Bull binge, she’s been going around the media circuit attacking conservatives and yapping about how the Republican party needs to be more moderate. I’m going to cut Meghan a little slack here because she’s young and stupid. I remember that age…you think you know it all, but you realize later in life that you really didn’t know anything. In her latest attempt to gain brownie points with the left, she wrote a piece for The Daily Beast where she opens with this line:
Republican resistance to gay marriage goes against conservative values—and our own self-interest.
This is so stupid, I don’t even know where to begin…give me a minute…ok…here goes. First off…Meghan is in no way, shape or form a conservative, so she would have no clue as to what conservative values truly are. For that reason alone, her whole argument has no validity. Read More→
On Wednesday, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi met with Pope Benedict XVI for a fifteen minute meeting at the Vatican. Pelosi is a Catholic who is pro-choice and supports Roe v. Wade. Obviously, the Pope disagrees with her and based on the differing statements the two sides put out about the meeting, you would think they weren’t even in the same meeting. Read More→
Who the heck is Shawn Swisher? I am a man who believes America is truly a great country. I believe we need to return to the Constitution and the Christian principles this country was founded on.
